C.O.G. - THE COMMUNITY

OUTREACH GARAGE

We are open and ready to help get you rolling

The C.O.G. is a community bike shop created by Trenton Cycling Revolution focused on giving folks the tools they need to access affordable and fun transportation. During open hours we have knowledgeable volunteers and a small selection of new and used parts to help you make your bike work again.

The COG does not sell bikes, but please use the contact form if you need a bike for transportation purposes.

Hours:

Wednesday: 6:00pm - 9:00pm

*Hours are subject to change - please check @COGTrenton on Instagram or Facebook.com/TrentonCycling for updates

The garage is located on Agnes Alley Behind the East Trenton Collaborative at 601 N Clinton Ave

Parking is available directly behind the East Trenton Collaborative off Olden Ave.

We are always accepting tool donations, see the list below and if you have some tools to spare, drop them at the shop during open hours or contact us for a pickup of larger items. Thanks!

  • Screwdrivers

  • Metric wrenches

  • Bike Specific tools (cone wrenches, chain tools, crank extractors)

*Note: Most bicycle parts use metric sizes (millimeters and centimeters) and not fractional sizes. If you can’t make it to the open house, but would like to donate some tools, email us at trentoncyclingrevolution@gmail.com and we’ll coordinate with you.

Programs:

  • Pedal it Forward: Bike re-homing and bike-pairing for those who need transportation.

  • Trenton Bike Share: Bicycles that are free for the community to use and return.

A Hub for Information:

As each bike rolls out the door, we want to make sure a new advocate is riding it.

This space will also be a hub for information on complete streets for all users as infrastructure is key to safe cycling, walking, running and rolling. Our space will be a collaboration among folks who see the bike as a tool of environmental equity and mobility justice.
